I need a Web Developer / Graphic Designer

There are a ton of projects that I want to work on, and get started. The only problem is, there is no way in hell my ideas can get done with only myself. I really need more resources to complete my ideas.
I am asking anyone that is out there that reads this, if you have the skills please contact me. If you KNOW someone that has the skills, ask them for me. There is great potential here, trust me. Some projects are quick, and can be launched quickly, some are long-term.
