I actually have this book and read it in the beginning of the year. I would say that it’s definitely towards the beginners. There isn’t much value for anyone that knows how to build a basic crud application with voting capabilities. The book is basically a tutorial on how to make a 3-featured-digg in Rails. It’s a good book, just very simple.
