It's very awkward (if not impossible) to frequently rearrange service levels in such a way that doesn't incur an excess of fees. I suspect this is rooted in how the underlying system integrates regular user accounts with business administration features, but regardless, it's very frustrating. I (wrongly) assumed the business functions would be as easy to use as normal user features. Their business administration UI, on the other hand, is crap.
